The user may return your order within 7 working days from receipt of purchase. In this case the user will contact the company by email through the address info@vallesopere.es informing of the return and the reasons for it.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised if one of these situations occurs:
a) If the purchased product does not satisfy the user. If the return is made within the period mentioned above, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original unbroken seal, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. We will not accept returns of products that do not come with their original packaging. In this case, the shipping costs and return of the order will be borne by the customer.
b) When the products are defective. In this case, we will need reliable evidence of the poor condition of the product. The company will collect the defective product and send the product back to the user at no additional cost. It will be the company who will pay the amount of the order once it has verified that the goods meet the above conditions.
c) In the event that the defect is due to a transport incident, the customer must check his package at the time of receipt and note on the delivery note of the carrier any reservation in case of lack or degradation.
